Effective: August 5, 2026 Last updated: August 5, 2026
This policy is an operating rule of Muze ME at https://amuzeme.fun/. It governs the current Muze ME service and is effective now. It must be followed as written unless a later published revision applies. It is reviewed and updated when the service, law, card-network rules, or providers change, and qualified counsel may revise it for the operator’s verified jurisdiction.
Eligibility before ranking
Privacy, block, mute, ownership, paid-access, age, territory, removal, and moderation rules are enforced before content can enter a feed or recommendation. A high engagement score never overrides a safety or rights restriction. Private, follower-only, paid, blocked, removed, expired, or unverified media is not made public merely because it is popular.
Main recommendation parameters
For eligible content, Muze may use the selected feed mode, recency, viewer follows and interactions, content type, engagement quality, creator and topic diversity, session position, and bounded safety or integrity signals. The relative importance depends on the chosen surface. Ranking remains stable for a feed session where supported, and users can switch among available modes or use direct follows, categories, search, and creator pages instead of a personalized order.
Advertising, affiliate, and commercial influence
Paid placement is labeled βAd,β βSponsored,β or another clear equivalent, and material affiliate or ownership relationships are disclosed near the recommendation. Payment may affect placement only when disclosed; it does not purchase a false review, safety exception, creator approval, complaint result, or refund decision. Muze does not present sponsored placement as an independent organic ranking.
Profitability and service sustainability
Muze may earn platform shares, subscription fees, commerce margin, advertising revenue, or affiliate commission disclosed in the applicable policy or transaction screen. Prices and creator allocations must support processing, fraud and refund reserves, moderation, compliance, infrastructure, taxes, fulfillment, and a sustainable business margin. Commercial sustainability never authorizes deceptive pricing, confiscation of unrelated creator earnings, hidden fees, unlawful discrimination, privacy-right retaliation, or a safety compromise.
No income, audience, or performance guarantee
Creator earnings, views, rank, conversion, tips, product sales, affiliate income, and approval are not guaranteed. Examples, estimates, test balances, and projected splits are not typical-results promises. Actual results depend on lawful audience demand, eligibility, content, prices, refunds, chargebacks, costs, taxes, platform availability, and provider approval. A creator should not spend money or leave employment based on a projected Muze result.
Integrity controls and conflicts
Muze uses bounded anti-spam, fake-engagement, impersonation, payment-fraud, review-manipulation, duplicate-content, and ban-evasion controls plus qualified human review for consequential decisions. Owners, staff, creators, advertisers, and providers must disclose material conflicts and may not secretly change a case, payout, review, ranking, or listing for personal benefit. Administrator test mode is visibly synthetic and cannot create cash, earnings, orders, or public approval.
Corrections, explanations, and appeals
A user may report an incorrect label, ranking eligibility decision, advertiser disclosure, fraud flag, commercial statement, or moderation action through the complaint process. Muze provides the material reason and available appeal path when safe and lawful, corrects substantiated errors, preserves the audit trail, and publishes material policy changes with a new version and effective date.
Contact and notices
