This policy is an operating rule of Muze ME at https://amuzeme.fun/. It is intended to govern the current Muze ME service and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch and whenever the business, law, card-network rules, or providers change.
Respect and consent
Treat consent as specific, informed, reversible, and never implied by a tip, subscription, prior interaction, relationship, or creator status. Honor blocks, mutes, room rules, safe words, Stop controls, and message boundaries immediately.
Authenticity and privacy
Use your own identity unless a lawful stage name is allowed. No impersonation, catfishing, doxxing, stalking, credential sharing, hidden recording, outing, or reposting private content. Do not ask creators or users to move to unsafe channels to evade safeguards.
Healthy commerce
No deceptive prices, fake scarcity, manipulated reviews, undisclosed ads, off-platform payment pressure, chargeback threats, guaranteed income claims, or health claims without support. Tips are voluntary and buy no entitlement to attention, contact, or sexual activity.
Enforcement
Muze considers context, severity, history, vulnerability, intent, and harm. Responses may include education, content limits, warnings, feature restrictions, demonetization, suspension, termination, evidence preservation, or reporting. Emergency safety comes before advance notice.
