This policy is an operating rule of Muze ME at https://amuzeme.fun/. It is intended to govern the current Muze ME service and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch and whenever the business, law, card-network rules, or providers change.
Eligibility and verification
The Creator certifies they are at least 18 and the age of majority, acts voluntarily, provides accurate identity, alias, tax, payout, and contact information, and will not permit an unverified person to appear. Approval may be paused for reverification, expired documents, sanctions screening, safety concerns, or legal requirements.
Independent creator relationship
Unless a separate signed writing says otherwise, the Creator is an independent content provider, not an employee, partner, franchisee, or agent. The Creator controls lawful creative choices and schedule, supplies their equipment and taxes, and has no authority to bind Muze. This label does not waive any employment right that mandatory law actually grants.
Consent, records, and rights
The Creator must obtain informed, specific, revocable consent within lawful limits; maintain model releases and 2257 records; honor boundaries and emergency stops; own or license music, images, products, locations, trademarks, and likenesses; and immediately remove or report material affected by withdrawn consent, coercion, misidentification, or rights disputes.
Earnings and splits
For new purchased-token tips after the disclosed effective date, 75% is credited to the Creator and 25% to Muze, rounding small tips in the Creator’s favor. Creator-shipped item revenue is modeled at 75% to the Creator after refunds and excluding tax and customer-paid shipping. POD contribution margin is modeled 50/50 after production, allowed shipping subsidy, processor fee, and reserve. The exact listing or signed deal controls when it clearly states a different lawful split.
Holds, refunds, and payouts
Earnings remain pending during a rolling fraud/refund hold, normally 14 days, and are paid after identity, tax, sanctions, payout-provider, minimum-threshold, and reconciliation checks. The planned minimum is USD $100. Muze may reverse only the amount tied to a duplicate, refund, chargeback, rights violation, fraud, or undelivered transaction and will provide a statement. Unrelated undisputed earnings are not forfeited.
Products and fulfillment
A Creator product is never public merely because it was submitted. The Creator warrants safety, accurate costs and dimensions, commercial rights, truthful descriptions, lawful packaging, prompt tracking, confidentiality of buyer addresses, and compliance with returns/recalls. Administrators approve listings and purchase labels; the Creator may not alter price or fulfillment outside the approved workflow.
License and promotion
The Creator grants the limited operational license in the Terms. Muze may use approved public previews, stage name, and profile assets to market the Creator within Muze and in specifically approved campaigns. Paid third-party advertising or off-platform use beyond ordinary service promotion requires the Creator’s agreement unless already covered by a clear campaign term.
Suspension, termination, and survival
Either side may end future participation. Muze may immediately suspend for safety, minors, non-consent, fraud, rights violations, sanctions, provider rules, or law. Accrued payment, refunds, records, confidentiality, licenses needed for past transactions, dispute, and safety duties survive as necessary. The Creator may appeal through the complaint process.
Contact and notices
Use the Site contact process or the Complaints & Content Removal page. Do not send identity documents, tax forms, card data, or passwords through ordinary email.
