Effective: August 5, 2026 Last updated: August 5, 2026
This policy is an operating rule of Muze ME at https://amuzeme.fun/. It governs the current Muze ME service and is effective now. It must be followed as written unless a later published revision applies. It is reviewed and updated when the service, law, card-network rules, or providers change, and qualified counsel may revise it for the operator’s verified jurisdiction.
Ownership and limited service license
Creators and users retain ownership of original material they lawfully create. The limited operational license in the Terms permits Muze to host, encode, display, deliver, back up, moderate, and promote material only as needed for the selected service and lawful platform promotion. No user receives ownership of Muze names, logos, interface, software, compilations, or another personโs content merely by viewing, buying, subscribing, or tipping.
Uploader warranties
An uploader must own or hold sufficient written permission for every video, image, performance, music track, sound recording, artwork, product design, logo, trademark, location, likeness, publicity right, and dataset used. A model release is not a music license, a subscription is not a redistribution license, and public availability elsewhere is not proof of permission. Users may not strip watermarks, evade access controls, scrape media, train a model on restricted content, mint unauthorized digital assets, or sell copies.
Copyright and DMCA
Copyright notices and counter-notices follow the separate DMCA & Copyright Policy. Muze removes or restricts material on a valid notice, permits a compliant counter-notice, considers statutory restoration timing, and terminates repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. The registered-agent identity and Copyright Office listing remain a launch requirement and may not be fabricated.
Trademark, counterfeit, and other rights reports
A trademark, counterfeit, design, patent, trade-secret, publicity, or impersonation report should identify the right, registration or other ownership evidence where applicable, the exact Muze URL or product, the confusing or unauthorized use, contact information, a good-faith statement, accuracy and authority attestation, and signature. Muze may request clarification, restrict a listing while reviewing, preserve seller records, notify the affected user, and cooperate with lawful customs, court, or regulator requests.
Repeat violations and appeals
Muze considers valid notices, retractions, counter-notices, court outcomes, account relationships, and attempts to evade prior restrictions. Repeated or serious infringement, counterfeiting, or rights fraud may result in listing removal, demonetization, suspension, or termination. Affected users may appeal with the case identifier and reliable ownership or license evidence. Knowingly abusive reports may themselves violate the Terms.
Platform feedback and no transfer by suggestion
Feedback about the service may be used without payment to improve Muze, but it does not transfer a userโs separate creative work. Muze does not promise that submitted ideas are confidential unless a signed confidentiality agreement says so. Commercial collaborations, off-platform advertisements, and merchandise licenses require the specific approval stated in the Creator Agreement or another signed writing.
Contact and notices
Use the Site contact process or the Complaints & Content Removal page. Do not send identity documents, tax forms, card data, or passwords through ordinary email.
