Effective: July 19, 2026 Last updated: July 19, 2026
This policy is an operating rule of Muze ME at https://amuzeme.fun/. It is intended to govern the current Muze ME service and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch and whenever the business, law, card-network rules, or providers change.
Acceptance and incorporated policies
By accessing or using Muze ME, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy Notice, Cookie Notice, Community Guidelines, Prohibited Content Policy, Age & Access Policy, Token Terms, refund rules, and any product or creator agreement you affirmatively accept. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Adults only and lawful access
You must be at least 18 and at least the age of legal majority where you live. You may not access the service from a place where adult material, the offered transaction, or your participation is unlawful. We may use age-assurance, identity, sanctions, location, fraud, and payment checks and may refuse access when a check cannot be completed.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate information, keep credentials and connected devices secure, and promptly report suspected compromise. One person may not impersonate another, transfer a verified creator account, evade a ban, or use automated access without written permission. You are responsible for activity you authorize; Muze remains responsible for correcting unauthorized transactions as required by law.
User content and license
You keep ownership of content you lawfully create. You grant Muze a non-exclusive, worldwide, sublicensable license only as needed to host, encode, moderate, display, deliver, promote within settings you selected, back up, and operate the service. The license ends when content is deleted except for lawful backups, evidence, transaction records, safety holds, and copies already shared by you. You represent that every depicted person is an adult, consented to creation and distribution, and that you hold all intellectual-property, publicity, music, and location rights.
Prohibited conduct
No minor or minor-appearing sexual content; non-consensual or secretly recorded material; trafficking, coercion, exploitation, incest, bestiality, sexual violence presented as real, unlawful prostitution or escort solicitation, doxxing, stalking, credible threats, hate-based abuse, fraud, malware, payment evasion, scraping, or rights infringement. Attempts are violations even when no upload or payment completes.
Memberships and recurring billing
The checkout must show price, billing interval, trial terms, renewal date, material restrictions, and how to cancel before enrollment. Recurring plans continue until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not erase access already paid for unless the offer says otherwise. Muze will provide a reasonably simple online cancellation path and will honor any more protective rule that applies to the buyer.
Tokens, tips, and creator earnings
Purchased tokens, promotional bonus tokens, and creator-earned balances are separate categories under the Token Terms. Bonus tokens are non-cash and cannot create a creator payout. For new qualifying purchased-token tips after the displayed effective policy date, the standard allocation is 75% to the creator and 25% to Muze, with small-transaction rounding in the creator’s favor. Earlier earned balances are not retroactively reduced.
Store and fulfillment
Physical goods may be fulfilled by Muze, a creator, a print-on-demand provider, or an approved adult-products distributor. The product page and order confirmation identify material terms. Tax, customer-paid shipping, hygiene restrictions, delays, defects, cancellations, and returns follow the Store and Refund policies plus mandatory consumer law.
Moderation, suspension, and appeals
Muze may remove content, limit distribution, freeze a disputed payout, or suspend access to protect users, comply with law or processor rules, preserve evidence, or investigate a violation. Emergency removals may occur before notice. When appropriate, the affected user may appeal through the Complaints process. Muze will not use moderation to confiscate undisputed creator earnings.
Third-party services and affiliate links
The service may use or link to payment processors, AWE/affiliate experiences, Lovense, shipping providers, email services, print-on-demand vendors, and distributors. Their separate terms apply. A nearby disclosure will identify paid or commissionable links. Muze does not promise that a third party will approve, continue, or perform a service.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent law permits, Muze disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, special, exemplary, or consequential damages. Any aggregate contractual liability is limited to the greater of the amount the claimant paid Muze in the prior 12 months or USD $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited, or to fraud, willful misconduct, non-waivable privacy rights, or obligations that law does not allow Muze to limit.
Changes, governing terms, and severability
Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when required, presented for renewed consent. A change does not retroactively alter a completed sale or vested creator earning. The operator’s final legal identity and governing-law jurisdiction must be published in the Legal Center before live launch. Mandatory local consumer protections remain applicable. If one term is unenforceable, the rest remains effective.
Contact and notices
Use the Site contact process or the Complaints & Content Removal page. Do not send identity documents, tax forms, card data, or passwords through ordinary email.
