This policy is an operating rule of Muze ME at https://amuzeme.fun/. It is intended to govern the current Muze ME service and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch and whenever the business, law, card-network rules, or providers change.
Who fulfills
A listing may be fulfilled by Muze, an approved creator, Printify or another POD vendor, MyAWD/Honey’s Place or another adult-products distributor. The order confirmation identifies the seller/fulfillment path when required. Providers may change only through the administrator Launch Center and must accept the exact product category in writing.
Shipping and labels
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking is provided when available. Creator labels are quoted from the private ship-from address and order destination, purchased only by an administrator, and downloaded only by the creator and authorized store staff. Creators may not reuse labels or disclose buyer addresses.
Discreet packaging
Muze requests neutral, discreet external packaging for adult products, but carrier labels may display the lawful shipper or return name. The product page must disclose any exception. Customs forms must truthfully describe contents and value; Muze will not mislabel goods to evade law or fees.
Product safety and hygiene
Only authentic, lawful products from approved sources may be listed. Safety instructions, materials, compatibility, battery warnings, cleaning, storage, allergy information, and recalls must be passed through accurately. Opened hygiene-sensitive items are not resold. Health claims require reliable support and must not imply diagnosis, treatment, or guaranteed results.
Taxes, import, and restricted destinations
Applicable sales tax is collected through the configured commerce system. Buyers are responsible for lawful import and use unless the checkout states duties are included. Muze may block shipping to destinations where a product, battery, material, or adult item is restricted.
