Effective: August 5, 2026 Last updated: August 5, 2026
This policy is an operating rule of Muze ME at https://amuzeme.fun/. It governs the current Muze ME service and is effective now. It must be followed as written unless a later published revision applies. It is reviewed and updated when the service, law, card-network rules, or providers change, and qualified counsel may revise it for the operator’s verified jurisdiction.
Scope and territory
This notice describes the Digital Services Act workflow when Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 applies to Muze as an intermediary, hosting service, online platform, or marketplace serving recipients in the European Union. Obligations vary by service function and size, and some online-platform duties have micro- or small-enterprise exclusions. The operator must document the actual service, employee, turnover, establishment, and EU-recipient facts; Muze does not claim an exemption without current evidence.
Points of contact and legal representative
Before intentionally offering the service in the EU, Muze must publish a direct electronic point of contact for recipients and authorities, the exact provider legal name and address, and any representative required for a provider without an EU establishment. The contact must support communication in the languages required by law. These verified identities are an EU launch blocker and are not replaced by a generic brand name.
Notice and action
Any person or entity may report a specific item believed to be illegal through the public electronic complaint form without creating an account. The notice should identify the legal concern, exact electronic location, supporting explanation, contact information where required, and a good-faith accuracy statement. Muze processes notices in a timely, diligent, objective, and non-arbitrary way, prioritizes legally recognized trusted flaggers when applicable, confirms receipt, and communicates the decision when permitted.
Statements of reasons and appeals
When Muze removes, disables, demotes, age- or geo-restricts, demonetizes, suspends, or terminates based on illegality or these policies, the affected recipient receives a clear and specific statement of reasons unless law or safety prohibits notice. It identifies the affected information, facts, legal or contractual ground, territorial scope and duration, automation used, and redress options. Eligible recipients have a free electronic internal complaint route for the legally required period, qualified human supervision, applicable certified out-of-court dispute information, and court rights.
Terms, ranking, advertising, and marketplace transparency
Muze presents Terms in clear language and explains significant moderation and recommender rules. The Platform Integrity notice states the main parameters used to order eligible content and the controls available. Paid placements and the advertiser or beneficiary are identified in plain language; profiling-based advertising is not presented where prohibited. If EU consumers can contract with third-party traders, Muze must complete the applicable trader traceability, identity, contact, registration, payment-account, and self-certification checks before enabling those offers.
Transparency records and reports
Muze records notice categories, decisions, legal-versus-policy grounds, automated assistance, median handling time, internal complaints, reversals, suspensions, and qualified active-recipient measurements needed for applicable DSA reporting. The operator must publish reports on the schedule and in the machine-readable form that applies and submit statements of reasons to the Commission database when required, without personal data.
Operational readiness gate
Before EU service is intentionally offered, the owner must verify legal scope, contacts and representative, notice intake, reasons templates, six-month complaint availability where applicable, human appeal staffing, out-of-court information, trader verification, advertising labels, recommender explanation, active-recipient counting, transparency reporting, and database submission. If a required control is not operational, the affected EU feature or territory must remain restricted.
Contact and notices
Use the Site contact process or the Complaints & Content Removal page. Do not send identity documents, tax forms, card data, or passwords through ordinary email.
