This policy is an operating rule of Muze ME at https://amuzeme.fun/. It governs the current Muze ME service and is effective now. It must be followed as written unless a later published revision applies. It is reviewed and updated when the service, law, card-network rules, or providers change, and qualified counsel may revise it for the operator’s verified jurisdiction.
Clear notice and who may request removal
The federal TAKE IT DOWN Act protects a person depicted in an intimate image or video shared without consent, including a real recording and a digital forgery or sexual deepfake. The depicted person or an authorized representative may submit a request even without a Muze account. This route covers posts, profiles, comments, messages, previews, live-session recordings, and any other Muze-controlled location.
How to submit
Use the public complaint and content-removal form, select “Urgent safety” or “Content removal or consent withdrawal,” and identify the depicted person, exact URL or account, the intimate material, lack of consent, and a safe method for follow-up. Submit only the minimum evidence necessary. Do not download, redistribute, or upload suspected child sexual abuse material, and do not place government-ID images, passwords, or card numbers in the ordinary form.
Valid-request handling and 48-hour deadline
On a valid request, Muze removes or disables access to the reported non-consensual intimate image and makes reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies controlled by Muze no later than 48 hours after receipt. The person who submits the request does not have to locate every duplicate. Safety staff preserve only the evidence legally necessary and restrict access during review.
Case number and status
The form issues a case identifier. Muze uses that identifier for status, follow-up, law-enforcement coordination, and any explanation that a request was incomplete or did not identify covered material. A rejection is not used to delay emergency protective action, and the requester may supply missing information or appeal through the complaint process.
Reappearance prevention and minors
Muze should use privacy-preserving matching or hashing appropriate to the service to reduce re-upload of removed material and should participate in recognized safety-hash programs where lawfully appropriate. Suspected material involving a minor is not downloaded or circulated for comparison; it is immediately restricted, preserved under controlled procedures, and reported to the appropriate authorities or designated reporting organization when legally required.
No retaliation or fee
A TAKE IT DOWN request is free. Muze does not require account creation, payment, copyright ownership, or waiver of another remedy. Good-faith requesters are not retaliated against. Knowing material misrepresentations may be referred for legal review, but uncertainty reported in good faith does not itself create a penalty.
Operational duty
The 48-hour rule is an operations deadline, not only website wording. The owner must maintain monitored intake, trained backup reviewers, time-stamped case records, duplicate-search capability, escalation coverage, and auditable completion evidence every day the platform permits user uploads or sharing.
