This policy is an operating rule of Muze ME at https://amuzeme.fun/. It is intended to govern the current Muze ME service and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch and whenever the business, law, card-network rules, or providers change.
Scope and roles
This notice covers Muze ME websites, accounts, creator tools, live rooms, private messaging, store, tokens, subscriptions, advertising, support, safety, and compliance systems. A linked third party processes its own data under its notice. Muze may act as controller/business for platform data and as a service provider/processor for limited merchant or creator instructions, depending on the transaction.
Data we collect
Account and contact data; age and identity-verification records; creator legal names, aliases, tax and payout information; content and metadata; messages and moderation reports; purchase, subscription, token, tip, refund, shipping, and payout records; device, browser, IP, cookie, approximate-location, security, and log data; marketing choices; and support communications. Payment card data should be entered only on the approved processor’s hosted form and is not intended to be stored by Muze.
How we use data
To create and secure accounts; verify age, identity, consent, rights, tax and payout eligibility; host and deliver content; process orders and virtual items; provide labels and tracking; communicate transactional notices; personalize and measure the service; moderate and prevent abuse; keep 2257 and other compliance records; investigate disputes; reconcile accounting; comply with law; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Legal bases and choices
Depending on location, processing is based on contract, consent, legitimate interests in safety and service operation, legal obligations, and protection of users. Marketing email requires the applicable consent or other lawful basis and includes unsubscribe controls. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing and may make an age-restricted or creator feature unavailable.
Sharing
We share only what is reasonably necessary with hosting and security vendors, adult-approved payment processors, commerce services and the selected mail provider, EasyPost and carriers, Printify or another selected POD provider, MyAWD/Honey’s Place or another approved distributor, AWE when a user chooses that experience, analytics and anti-fraud providers, professional advisers, and authorities where lawfully required. Creators receive transaction information needed to fulfill a purchase, not a buyer’s card data.
Sensitive information
Government IDs, selfies, dates of birth, addresses, tax records, sexual-content participation records, private communications, and precise device identifiers require heightened controls. They are not sold for money. Access is role-limited, audited, encrypted where supported, and retained only for the compliance, safety, transaction, or legal purpose stated in the Data Retention Policy.
Rights and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent, and may appeal a denied privacy request. We will verify the requester and may retain data required for fraud prevention, financial records, 2257 duties, safety evidence, legal claims, or other lawful exceptions. Authorized agents must provide valid authority.
International processing and security
Providers may process data in countries different from yours. Muze will use contractual and technical safeguards required for the transfer. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected compromise immediately. Muze maintains access controls, encryption for designated private records, logging, backups, patching, and incident-response procedures proportionate to the risk.
Children
Muze ME is not directed to anyone under 18 and does not knowingly permit minors to register, appear in content, or buy age-restricted products. Reports involving a possible minor receive immediate priority, preservation controls, and any legally required reporting.
Contact and notices
Use the Site contact process or the Complaints & Content Removal page. Do not send identity documents, tax forms, card data, or passwords through ordinary email.
