This policy is an operating rule of Muze ME at https://amuzeme.fun/. It is intended to govern the current Muze ME service and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch and whenever the business, law, card-network rules, or providers change.
Retention principles
Muze keeps data only as long as reasonably needed for the service, safety, transactions, creator payments, tax, fraud, chargebacks, 2257/2257A, consent, copyright, disputes, backups, and legal obligations. Deletion from the live interface does not require immediate deletion from protected evidence, immutable accounting, or short-lived backups.
Working schedule
Ordinary security and application logs: generally 90 days. Interactive-toy command and connection records: generally 30 days unless a safety or payment dispute requires longer. Private messages: while the conversation/account remains active plus a limited safety and backup period. Orders, payments, refunds, payouts, and tax records: generally seven years. Creator identity, consent, aliases, depiction, and 2257 records: for the period required by applicable law and any longer active legal hold.
Deletion and legal holds
Verified requests remove or de-identify data not still required. A documented legal, safety, fraud, chargeback, tax, sanctions, or rights hold pauses deletion only for relevant data and is reviewed periodically. Expired holds are released. Backups age out on the normal protected rotation.
Provider obligations
Selected payment, mail, AWE, shipping, POD, adult-products, analytics, and hosting providers retain data under their contracts and law. Muze’s provider checklist requires appropriate deletion, security, incident, and subprocessor terms before live use.
Contact and notices
Use the Site contact process or the Complaints & Content Removal page. Do not send identity documents, tax forms, card data, or passwords through ordinary email.
