This policy is an operating rule of Muze ME at https://amuzeme.fun/. It is intended to govern the current Muze ME service and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch and whenever the business, law, card-network rules, or providers change.
Minimum age
Every visitor, member, buyer, and creator must be at least 18 and at least the age of majority where located. A simple date prompt does not override a legal requirement for stronger age assurance. Muze may request a third-party age check before adult content, messaging, purchase, or creator features.
Data minimization
Age assurance should return the minimum result needed, such as adult/not adult, jurisdiction, assurance method, and timestamp. Raw identity images must not be collected for ordinary viewers unless necessary and lawfully justified. Creator verification follows the separate Creator Verification Policy.
Failed or disputed checks
Access is denied or limited when age cannot be established. A user may appeal a false result through support without using another person’s ID or creating another account. Suspected minor accounts are locked, content delivery stops, evidence is preserved, and legally required reports are made.
