This policy is an operating rule of Muze ME at https://amuzeme.fun/. It is intended to govern the current Muze ME service and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch and whenever the business, law, card-network rules, or providers change.
Required checks
Before live, upload, monetization, or product modeling, each performer provides legal name, date of birth, aliases, country and address, valid government ID front/back, a live or recent selfie match, signed consent and rights attestations, and any required tax/payout information. Automated checks never replace authorized human review for final creator approval.
Ongoing verification
Muze may require reverification after document expiry, material appearance or account changes, suspicious access, payout changes, reports, or changes in law and provider rules. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, rented, or shared with an unverified performer.
Co-performers and records
The approved account holder must pre-register every co-performer and connect the correct release and 2257 record to the content or session. A creator may not rely on another platform’s badge or a verbal statement as proof.
Privacy and access
Verification records are encrypted or otherwise protected at rest where supported, segregated from public media, access-limited to authorized compliance personnel, audited, excluded from ordinary exports, and disclosed only for lawful compliance, safety, processor, or legal needs.
