This policy is an operating rule of Muze ME at https://amuzeme.fun/. It is intended to govern the current Muze ME service and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch and whenever the business, law, card-network rules, or providers change.
Three separate balances
Purchased tokens are funded by an approved, completed payment and may be used for eligible tips and purchases. Bonus tokens are promotional, non-transferable, non-refundable, non-cashable, and cannot create creator earnings. Creator-earned tokens represent a platform accounting balance subject to verification, holds, refunds, chargebacks, tax documentation, and payout terms; they are not a bank deposit.
Value and packs
Unless a purchase screen expressly states otherwise, one earned token is modeled at USD $0.01 for creator accounting. The customer price of a token pack may be higher because it includes adult-processing expense, fraud and refund reserve, moderation, infrastructure, and platform margin. The exact token quantity, price, and applicable tax must be shown before purchase.
Tips and allocation
A tip is voluntary support, not a purchase of sexual services, a guarantee of attention, or permission to violate consent. For new qualifying tips funded by purchased tokens after the effective policy date, 75% is allocated to the creator and 25% to Muze. Small tips round in the creator’s favor. Bonus tokens cannot be tipped. Existing earnings are grandfathered.
Finality, refunds, and chargebacks
Unused purchased tokens are not redeemable for cash by viewers. Muze will correct duplicate, unauthorized, undelivered, or legally refundable transactions. A completed voluntary tip is generally final unless fraud, technical failure, provider failure, or law requires otherwise. Refunds and chargebacks may reverse only the related unsettled creator amount; unrelated earnings are not confiscated.
Expiration and closure
Purchased tokens do not expire merely from inactivity unless a lawful, clearly disclosed future rule applies. Bonus tokens may have a displayed promotional expiry. On account closure, Muze resolves valid purchased-token refund rights and creator payable balances under law, processor rules, identity verification, and the payout agreement.
Administrator test mode
Administrators see unlimited test access only to exercise user interfaces. Test transactions are non-cash, create no token ledger entry, do not credit a creator, do not count toward goals, and cannot buy postage, call a live adult provider, create a real order, or produce a payout.
