This policy is an operating rule of Muze ME at https://amuzeme.fun/. It is intended to govern the current Muze ME service and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch and whenever the business, law, card-network rules, or providers change.
Copyright complaints
A copyright owner or authorized agent may send a notice identifying the copyrighted work, the exact Muze URL or material to remove, contact information, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and the sender is authorized, and a physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices
A user whose material was removed by mistake or misidentification may provide identification of the removed material and former location, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith mistake or misidentification, name/address/telephone, consent to the applicable federal court jurisdiction required by 17 U.S.C. 512(g), acceptance of service from the original complainant, and a signature. Muze may restore material after the statutory waiting period unless notified of a filed action.
Repeat infringers and evidence
Muze may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and may consider valid notices, counter-notices, retractions, court outcomes, and abuse of the process. Muze preserves notice and action records according to the Data Retention Policy.
Designated agent launch requirement
Before launch, the operator must designate and renew a DMCA agent in the U.S. Copyright Office electronic directory and publish the same agent name, service address, phone, and email here. Until that verified record is entered, use the Site complaint process; this text does not pretend an unregistered agent exists.
Contact and notices
Use the Site contact process or the Complaints & Content Removal page. Do not send identity documents, tax forms, card data, or passwords through ordinary email.
