This policy is an operating rule of Muze ME at https://amuzeme.fun/. It is intended to govern the current Muze ME service and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch and whenever the business, law, card-network rules, or providers change.
Adults-only records program
Muze ME prohibits any person under 18 from appearing in sexual or adult creator content. Before a creator may broadcast or monetize, Muze requires government identification, date of birth, legal name, known aliases or stage names, selfie comparison, signed consent and rights attestations, and review by an authorized compliance owner. Every additional depicted performer must be separately verified before publication.
Producer and uploader duties
Each uploader must identify whether they are the primary or secondary producer, maintain all records legally required of them, provide accurate depiction dates and performer identifiers, preserve signed releases, and promptly update aliases or record locations. Muze does not accept anonymous performer records or an assurance that verification will be completed later.
Inspection, security, and retention
Required records are maintained in an access-controlled private system and made available for lawful inspection as required. Public pages never expose government IDs, tax forms, home addresses, or raw verification files. Retention and deletion follow 18 U.S.C. 2257/2257A, 28 C.F.R. Part 75, other applicable law, and the Data Retention Policy.
Records custodian launch requirement
Before public launch, the operator must publish the verified name, title, and physical address of the actual records custodian and the normal inspection hours required for the operator’s role. Muze will not invent that identity or address. The Commerce Hub treats completion of this record as a blocking launch item.
